I ordered a sewing kit for my granddaughter but when it arrived it looked to be for a doll larger than the barbie. I phoned and queried, and was told that the dressmaking dummy could be altered. On opening the present we TCP/IP’s immediately see that polystyrene cannot be altered.
I am utterly disgusted that craftyarts would blatantly lie like that.i will never support them again

Excellent service. Had a teeny issue with my online order basket and it was sorted quickly and easily. Items arrived so quick, would definately order from here again.

Great range of products and service. I wanted an alternative to the normal, big retailers for some Christmas gifts for children - and Crafty Arts was perfect. The games I was looking for were available, plus I was able to pick up some great extra gifts. I will definitely return to buy children's gifts from here again.

Sadly i can't echo the positive reviews of others as my experience with crafty arts was a total disappointment.

I received an email notification to say that the product I wanted was in stock, so went ahead and placed my order. It wasn't until a day later that they got in touch with me to tell me they actually didn't have the item in stock after all.

That was frustrating enough but to make matters worse they asked if there was a different product I would like instead, so I asked them what alternatives they have around the same sort of price..... To which they reply they don't actually have any alternatives.

All in all a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Having received gift vouchers from my friends, the first problem I experienced was that I could only use one voucher per transaction. I used one voucher and at a later date found I couldn’t use the other too (still within the voucher valid period). What followed were exchanges of emails and promises to remedy which amounted to nothing. Basically my friends wasted their money. I certainly won’t be shopping here again.

I've ordered twice from here and the service has been great. The products were as described and arrived really quickly - within a few days.

Updates were provided so I knew the status of my orders. The only thing I can't figure out is how to apply the points I've earned!

Items were of a very reasonable price, the process of buying them was effortless, they arrived very quickly, with a tracking number, and the box they came in can be used to house my polymer clays when they are not being used.

I will definitely be using Crafty Arts again.

Additionally, independent businesses like this need our support, so although Amazon might get it to you tomorrow, consider waiting an extra day or two and support an independent company that have great prices, a massive selection of polymer clays, and the specialist tools / accessories which go with them.

So glad I found this site and what a bargain. Items were delivered on time and as described. I'm ready for my next project, so is my soon to be 9 yr old.
